Hi, We 're on a HP 10/20 INFORMIX 7.31.UC5. And the result of the last query sometimes fails in error 1267: The result of a datetime computation is out of range. We did not have this problem in INFORMIX 7.30.UC6. The units added to the field "veld1" must be greater than 12 months and the error only occurs when the result of the query ends in the 11th ofr 12th month of the year. DBDATE = dmy4- CREATE TABLE test ( veld1 DATE ) LOCK MODE ROW; INSERT INTO test VALUES ("30-11-2000"); SELECT veld1 - 22 UNITS MONTH --> "1999-01-30" Ok ,veld1 - 23 UNITS MONTH --> error 1267 Not Ok ,veld1 - 24 UNITS MONTH --> error 1267 Not Ok ,veld1 - 25 UNITS MONTH --> "1998-10-30" Ok FROM test ; John.
