I was told that this < means for any 286/386 machine. I do not know why they put this < on the label. Rel 1.10.06E is for any 286/386. < DOS16M=10 which is the recommended setting on the 286 that the < program fails on. The PMINFO program supplied indicates the setting is < correct. Looks good so far, but I was refering to the Model Number of your PC, not what was written on the cover of the disks. < Program fails when getting out of < MENU < . < . < command "Exit" < exit menu < < return Based upon what has been shared above you may need to add the following line: end menu. MENU . . command "Exit" exit menu END MENU < RETURN is to a routine which display another < MENU < . < . < etc < The menu is never displayed. Sometimes you can go through the <logic a couple of times before it fails. Instead of using RETURN to execute another menu try CALL another_menu() as another function. To my understanding the RETURN statement is used to leave a function and return to the calling routine; MAIN, FUNCTION, REPORT. In a submenu it could work to "Return" you to the main menu. < Other parts of the program that have more selects and more < complex seem to work fine. I hope this sparks some light of success, so many time I find myself gropping in the dark of informix 4GL. Michael S.
