AppPage Builder

I use the Informix AppPage Builder to write a database web application. Can anybody tell me how to make a project from the apb a own application so that I can access it under http://host/appname/?MIval=index.html and not under http://host/apb2/?MIval=index.html. It depends on your web server, under Apache you need to configure the location directive and restart the server.
