Use onstat -g arc. This must help.

Informix 7.31 UC4 an Sinix Y 5.43 C3004
I'm looking for a flag on the onstat -g command , that displays the
archive
status of the dbspaces, in can find it in the onstat -g all but there is
no description
to do this in a single command
here is the output form onstat -g all
