Network driver cannot accept a connection on the port --- System

We got the following error in the message log file of an Informix instance running IDS 7.30.FC7 on HP-UX 11. listener-thread: err = -25573: oserr = 233: errstr = : Network driver cannot accept a connection on the port. System error = 233 OS error 233 /* No buffer space available */ I need to know what this error is pointing to. What kind of buffer space this is referring to? Thanks Shehla
