How to configure ISM with only one tape?

I have only one tape device, so what is the best way to configure ISM? Should i use a disk device for the logical logs files, and the tape for the database backup? Or is it better to use the tape for the logs and the disk for the backup of the database? Or should i take care that the tape is changed in the evening, when no one is working, and the a database-backup is made on one tape, and the next tape for the logs files is used over the day during working time? Is it possible to do it this way, to use the same device for logical logs and database backup?
