Well you've likely got this problem licked by now but in case you haven't,
<br>I've seen something like this before on one of our engines. If I remember
<br>correctly I had to backup the logs first (check <i>onstat -l</i>) as
they were full.
<br>I believe Informix tries to write a time-stamp to the logs prior to
initiating
<br>a backup, obviously if the logs are full the level-0, as in your case,
suffers
<br>the same fate as any user trying to access the database. Hope this
