-211 Cannot read system catalog (sysusers)

Hello, I have a problem with Informix 7.31.UD8 on Linux. When I running a stored procedure I get an error -211 Cannot read system catalog (sysusers) and -107 ISAM error: record is locked. When stored procedure is running, nobody does not change the permissions. What's happening? Why do I get this error?
