Hi, My SDK client is on NT4 and Server Informix in AIX. On AIX, INFORMIXSERVER=demo_on, in my registry INFORMIXSEVER=demo_on. On AIX in my $INFORMIXHOME/etc/sqlhosts =>demo_on sesoctcp Fronsac sqltcp Fronsac is hostname of AIX. I don't understand this error -25596 who say to check my etc/sqlhosts or registry. Is the setup of the client (setnet32) correct (does it match the definitions on the AIX side) ? Normally it should work. Sometimes (when the server side is NT and the client is on AIX) you need a (non-documented) hosts.equiv on NT.
