Have you tried: dbaccess databasename yourscript.sql ?

Yes, I get Connection a permission error:
387: No Connect Permission
111: ISAM: No record found
I am in a command window at the console of the server. I tryed putting
CONNECT USER username USING password;
in the .sql file. That does not seem to help.
