I am running Informix version 7.22 and 7.23. The output display 10 in year
from oncheck -pr. Any ideas to why

Is it 10 or 100? If 100 then probably because the c routine localtime() was
used to convert the time() value into a year/month/day format.
localtime() returns a structure that containes tm_year which is defined to be
the number of years since 1900. Many programmers mistakenlly took the value
to tm_year to be the two digit year value. It is not.
If this is what is happening, then it is a cosmetic problem and has been fixed
in later releases.

I stand corrected. The '10' is coming from the first two digits of the year value
that was coming out of localtime(). This was corrected in 7.24UC8. It is a
cosmetic problem and should not cause any data corruption.
