DBSPACETEMP problem

We have a problem with temp tables in our setup. We are getting invalid dbspace in out log file(see out output below). Our DBSPACETEMP is set to the following DBSPACETEMP tempdbs # Default temp dbspaces in the onconfig and the environment variable (DBSPACETEMP) also set to tempdbs. With these parameters set we startup the engine and still get the warning. We don't know what we are doing wrong. Please help. By the way what does the 2001 flag stand for in the onstat -d output. And we are using 7.23.UC6 on SCO Release = 3.2v5.0.4, dual processor machine.
