No, you should create instance test1 and test2, then you can distiguish
between local and remote selects. You also have to add each other's sqlhosts
entries, create each other's services and add each other to .rhosts or
/etc/hosts.equiv.

If you have a password problem, you haven't set up hosts.equiv. :)
