Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
A poster asked how to translate a Sybase database and procedures to Informix. Mister Creosote suggested Erwin's reverse engineer function; Hal Maner recommended Data Junction for moving the data; David Williams pointed to his FAQ section on converting Sybase stored procedures to Informix. No single complete solution was confirmed.

You could try to get hold of a copy of Logic Works' Erwin - this has a
very useful "Reverse Engineer" function. We used this to successfully
reverse engineer a big O system

To transfer the data, a very good tool to use is Data Junction. Check out
www.datajunction.com. We are an Informix as well as a Data Junction
partner, so if you have questions on this feel free to e-mail me directly.
