PDQ Tuning

When tuning for PDQ the following should be considered.

	Without knowing how many users will be using the PDQ functionality of the server it will not be possible to set the parameters optimally.
	Can some of the queries be considered to be background queries and therefore run at a lower PDQPRIORITY
	Do all the PDQ queries need to be run at the same time. The more queries that are running concurrently the greater the resources that will be required, therefore the overall performance of the server will be impacted.
	Do not run DSS queries on a OLTP system. If this is not possible then decrease the DS_TOTAL_MEMORY and DS_MAX_SCANS to limit the impact on the OLTP systems
