All,
When i do "netstat -a | grep inf1_svc | wc -l" i get +- 50.
(inf1_svc being my Informix service name).
This is always when the users can't log in anymore - even
though i've got NETTYPE tlitcp,2,250,CPU. Only thing i can
do is bounce the server.
Anyone seen this on Unixware 2.1.2?
TIA

I saw something like this when I was working on a SCO OpenServer
(5.0.5?) box.
I'm afraid I no longer have the information to hand, but the number 50
springs to mind...
users got "-25572 Network driver cannot bind a name to the port" as I
recall.
Tried rebuilding the kernel and changing all sorts of things but never
did get to the bottom of it.
Sorry....
