IDS2000 9.21 TC1 was the first build to support windoze2000. You
might have some luck with 7.31, but don't expect Informix Support to
help out too much
(and boy did I have to resist making the obvious joke about Informix
Support there.)

As far as I know, You need 7.31TC8, which is the first 7.xx-version for
windows 2000.
But I for myself haven't upgraded yet.
