Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi All,
We just started playing around with 9.2 Informix Dynamic Server
2000 and find myself at a loss.
Previous versions:
If I created dbspaces, added chunks, turned on mirroring
etc, I was able to reproduce my actions by looking at the output
from 'onstat -d'. All the necessary information was there to
"regen" the appropriate 'onspaces' commands.
IDS 2000:
It appears 'onstat -d' does not display any information
about external spaces. It also doesn't seem to display Metadata
and default list (-Df) information such that I can re-create the
appropriate 'onspaces' command.
Taking the example out of the book:
onspaces -c -S eg_sbsp -p /dev/raw_dev1 -o 500 -s 20000 -m
/dev/raw_dev2 500 -Ms 150 -Mo 200 -Df "AVG_LO_SIZE=32,LOGGING=ON"onstat -d doesn't seem to show me info for '-Ms 150', '-Mo 200',
'-Df "AVG_LO ..."'
Since I need this information to help prepare for an emergency,
what command(s) will tell me everything I need? Thanks for any
help!

The only thing I was able to find was external space info.
